Wikimedia Commons is happy to announce that the 2023 Picture of the Year competition is now open. This year will be the eighteenth edition of the annual Wikimedia Commons photo competition, which recognizes exceptional contributions by users on Wikimedia Commons. Wikimedia users are invited to vote for their favorite images featured on Commons during the last year (2023) to produce a single Picture of the Year.
Hundreds of images that have been rated Featured Pictures by the international Wikimedia Commons community in the past year are all entered in this competition. These images include professional animal and plant shots, breathtaking panoramas and skylines, restorations of historical images, photographs portraying the world's best architecture, impressive human portraits, and so much more.
For your convenience, we have sorted the images into topical categories. Two rounds of voting will be held: In the first round, you may vote for as many images as you like. The top 30 overall and top 5% of most popular images in each category will continue to the final. In the final round, you may vote for just three images to become the Picture of the Year.

Regarding your revert
[edit]Special:Diff/970296596 – it is the very basic logic that an adminship request isn't run until it is accepted by the candidate. Even Aafi acknowledged that he transcluded it early. [edit]Merhaba, senin Vikipedi'de yaşadıklarının benzerlerini bir zamanlar gerçek hayatta yaşayan biri olarak seninle konuşmak istiyorum. Ben de 6-9 yıl önce gerçek hayatta ciddiyetten uzak davranıyordum, sınıf gruplarında trollük yapıyordum, beni gruplardan atıyorlardı, arkadaş ortamlarından hep dışlanıyordum vs. Beni zamanında uyarıyorlardı ama ben onların dediklerini uygulamıyordum. Yani şöyle düşün, benzer şeyleri yaşayan bir arkadaşın sana tavsiye veriyor ve bu tavsiyeleri dikkate almanı istiyor. Amacım seni yargılamak değil, yardımcı olmak ve tavsiye vermek. Şunu kabul edelim, sen zamanında trollük yapmıştın ve bu nedenle engellenmiştin. Doğal olarak engelinin açılmasını istiyorsun, bunun için 3 yıldır uğraşıyorsun bu gayet normal. Ama engel kaldırma taleplerin de ciddiyetten uzak. "Trollük yapmıcam" yazan ama trollükle dolu engel talepleri hiç inandırıcı gelmez. Eğer trollük yapmayacağına inanmalarını ve sana tekrar güvenmelerini istiyorsan taleplerinde trollük olmamalı, ciddi üslupla yazılmalı ve diğer projelerde de trollük yapmamalısın, laubali hareketlerde bulunmamalısın. Hani demiştin ya "Vikisöz'de mesaj arşivini inceleyebilirsin çok çırpındım" diye. İnceledim, trollük dolu, ciddiyetten uzak. Yani çırpınırken trollüğe, laubaliliğe devam etmişsin. Bu durumda hatayı sürekli başkalarında aramak da yanlış. Zamanında trollük yaptığını, engel kaldırma taleplerinin ciddiyetten çok uzak olduğunu ve bu nedenle taleplerin inandırıcı gelmediğini kabul etmen lazım. Bak bütün suçu başkalarında aramak benim eskiden sıkça başvurduğum yöntemdi ve bunun çözüm olmayı bırak daha çok sorun yarattığını yaşayan biri olarak rahatlıkla söyleyebilirim. Ben "bütün hatayı kendinde ara, başkalarında hiç hata yok de" demiyorum. "Benim şöyle şöyle hatalarım oldu, onun da böyle böyle hataları oldu" diyebilirsin, yeter ki kendi hatalarını kabullen. Vikisöz meselesine dönecek olursak, zamanında trollükten engellenmişsin, ama Kadı sana şans tanıyor, engelini kısmi engele çeviriyor, ama sen ısrarla "engelimi tam aç", "hiç kaldırmasaydın daha iyiydi" diye darlamaya devam ediyorsun. Bak olması gereken bu, engelin önce kısmi açılır, devamında tam açılır. Trollükten engellenen birinin engelinin aniden şak diye tam açılmasını bekleyemezsin yani buna "yarım hak" demek yanlış. Koskoca Nanahuatl'ın engeli bile bu şekilde önce kısmi, sonra tam açılıyor. Ha bence de 5 yıl olması yanlış, süresiz (süresi belirsiz) olmalıydı. Süresiz olursa uygun durumlar sonucunda 6 ay-1 yıl-2 yıl gibi zaman geçince kaldırılıyor ama 5 yıl olunca sadece 5 yıl geçmeli. Ama burada "katkı vermemi engelliyor, beni uzaklaştırıyor" demek tamamen hatalı. Katkı verebilmen için engelini kısmi engele çeviriyor. Tamamen açamaz çünkü tamamen açsa doğal olarak yine trollük yapacağını düşünürler. Bu nedenle seni düşünerek bir çözüm buluyor. Özetleyecek olursam:
- Yanlış olan: Vikipedi'de engelim kaldırılsın diye 3 yıldır bi taraflarımı yırtıyom kaldırmıyorlar. Vikisöz'de ise yarım bir hak vermişler, mesaj sayfasında çırpınıyom, benim katkı vermemi engelliyor, beni uzaklaştırıyorlar. Ne yazsam vp:kürsü diyolar.
- Doğrusu: Vikipedi'de zamanında trollük yapmıştım, bu nedenle engellendim. 3 yıldır taleplerde bulunuyorum ama bu talepler hem sık aralıklı hem de trollük dolu, ciddiyetten uzak, hâliyle kimseye inandırıcı gelmiyor. Vikisöz'de de trollükten engellendim ama bana kısmi de olsa hak tanınıyor, sayesinde sayfaları düzenleyebiliyorum. Tam açamazlar çünkü tam açsalar doğal olarak trollüğe devam edeceğimi düşünüyorlar. Eğer uygun davranırsam 6 ay-1 yıl sonra tamamen açılabilir. Yazdıklarıma "VP:KÜRSÜ" diyorlar çünkü VP:KÜRSÜ ihlali yapıyorum.
Ayrıca şunu da sormak istiyorum. Vikipedi ile alakasız olacak, belki de haddimi aşıyor gibi olacağım ama bu durum gerçek hayatta da sıkıntı yaratmıyor mu? Yukarıda eskiden dışlandığımı söylemiştim ve bu gerçekten çok rahatsız edici, sen de rahatsızlık duymuyor musun? Muhtemelen yaşın küçüktür (20 veya altı) diye tahmin ediyorum (belki öyle değildir ve yaşını söylemek zorunda değilsin). Bunları neden söylüyorum, çünkü büyüdüğünde gerçekten pişman olursun, ben oluyorum. Ben eskiden dışlanıyordum, artık dışlanmıyorum ama içlerine de giremiyorum çünkü zamanında dışlandığım için sosyalleşme alt yapısı yok, iletişim kurma becerilerim çok zayıf. Bak sen de aynılarını yaşamak istemiyorsan yol yakınken dön, bu laubali üsluptan vazgeç.
