Incorrect identification

You had cropped image in 2012 here: File:Wan Gang in Beijing November 10, 2011.jpg appears to have incorrectly identified the Chinese official in 2011. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) mis-identified the file at in their caption on the original source image's Flickr page, which still exists. I have researched this image and verfied the mis-identification and removed the wrong category on this file here: File talk:Tom Vilsack and Wan Gang in Beijing November 10, 2011.jpg. Over 10 years ago, @CHeyekneez was correct. It only took a decade to fix this mis-information!
