File:Dramione.jpg/copyright violation?

[edit]

How is this a copyright violation? I believe I used the proper licensing: CC BY 3.0 and fan art. Should I have used a different Creative Commons license? I am genuinely confused. The original fan art (https://www.deviantart.com/crazytenor/art/Draco-and-Hermione-4-ever-39524326) includes a Creative Commons Attribution license in the description. OK - undeleted for now. At present I'm getting an error on the site so cannot check but will try again shortly. The rationale was "Original upload is licensed as CC-BY-NC-ND, not CC-BY as claimed here. NC and ND licenses are not compatible with Commons' licensing policy." which would make the licensing incompatible. However as you ask I'd prefer to check.
